Do you offer designs other than those shown?

Yes, Truly Savvy creates truly custom pieces.  We can create designs specifically to your wishes.  In addition to the jewelry pieces shown on this website, several of our designs are also offered exclusively at Wedding Depot. 

How do I get a design that is not featured on the website?

If you've seen any of our designs that you'd like but are not on our site or at Wedding Depot, you can send us an email at requests@trulysavvy.com.  Please include (if known) the name of the design, product number, and a detailed product description.  If we can determine the design from your description, we will send you an email containing a photo example, price, and ordering instructions.

Can I specify different colors or size on the design I want?

Most all of our designs are available in different colors and sizes.  There are many colors available - almost anything you want.  Feel free to contact us for information on color availability.  All products are custom created once you place your order, so we can create just the piece you want.  Please note that size changes of more than 1" may be charged an additional fee, based on the design.

In addition, Truly Savvy can help create that one-of-a-kind piece just for you.  For example, if you've got a wonderful dress for a special occasion, and just want a simple strand of complimentary crystals, Truly Savvy can create something to your specifications, and can even offer suggestions if you're just stumped for the perfect piece.  We're here to help! 

What does gold filled mean?

This is a process involving combining a layer(s) of gold alloy to a base metal (most typically brass), then coating the metal to the desired thickness and shape.  Gold filled materials have a long life and can be worn by most people without reactions.

What does gold plated mean?

A thin layer of gold covers a base metal by electrolysis.  Some of our designs do use gold plate components.

What is the difference between sterling silver and silver plate?

Sterling silver is made up of 92.5% pure silver, and 7.5% copper or other alloy, as dictated by law.  Sterling will patina in time, meaning it will gain an antique look.  Silver plate is a fine silver film that covers a base metal by electrolysis.  The same electrically charged bath is used to make gold electroplate. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

At this point we accept Paypal only from the website.  If purchasing at a party, checks or cash are also accepted.

How long until I receive my order?

In-house processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days.  Our shipping methods are USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and FedEx ground (5-7 business days). 

What is the Truly Savvy return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy on all orders, effective from the official ship date.  You must contact Truly Savvy at returns@trulysavvy.com before returning your items to receive a Return Authorization number (RA).  You will be refunded the full amount of purchase and sales tax (if applicable).  Returns will not be accepted or refunded without a Return Authorization number.

How do I clean and care for my Truly Savvy jewelry?

Please remember that all of our pieces feature genuine Swarovski® crystals.  These can chip, scratch or even shatter with sufficient abuse.  Always take the utmost care possible when wearing your jewelry.  Keep all pieces away from chemicals (including hairspray) and prolonged exposure to water. 

You can use a good jewelry cleaner or polishing cloths (available at jewelry and department stores) to keep your designs sparkling.  You can also use a small amount of mild liquid dish soap on a rag.  Gently clean your jewelry, and rinse with cold water.  Always dry your jewelry items thoroughly!

*Tip:  To keep sterling silver looking bright and new, enclose in an airtight plastic bag with a silica packet (the little white packets you find inside a new box of shoes).
